HR COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY REVIEW
Human Resource functions must be compliant with all state and federal laws as part of the overall Organizational Risk Management. HR Genie will identify any areas that may be at risk.
- Proper administration of FMLA in accordance with state guidelines.
- Job description, job postings and interviews are ADA compliant.
- Form I-9 for all new hires are completed within allotted time frame with proper work authorization identification.
- Pay practices are in compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and any state laws favorable to employees.
- Job classifications are in accordance with FLSA guidelines.
- Review of any Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and Company diversity initiatives.
- Proper filing of EEOC reports.
- Written authorization for all background checks and FCRA requirements are met.
- Employee benefit plans comply with Health Care Reform.
- Conducting internal audits of processes and systems for accuracy of HR reporting.
